What You Will Do

• Draft patent applications for innovative clients, including detailed descriptions and figures.
• Correspond with patent offices regarding pending patent applications.
• Advise patent litigation teams based on your technical and scientific expertise.
• Interview inventors to understand and document new ideas.

Who You Are

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong proficiency in English and Japanese languages.
• An advanced degree is preferred.
• At least 2 years of patent prosecution experience.
• Superior writing skills with excellent academic credentials.
• Registered with the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office.

Compensation & Benefits

The expected salary range for this position is $100,000 - $185,000. The exact offer will depend on individual qualifications and experience.
