What You Will Do

  • Draft patent applications for innovative clients, including detailed descriptions and figures.
  • Communicate with patent offices regarding pending applications.
  • Advise patent litigation teams based on your technical and scientific expertise.
  • Interview inventors to gather new ideas and insights.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Mechanical Engineering
  • Strong proficiency in English and Japanese
  • Advanced degree (preferred)
  • At least 2 years of patent prosecution experience
  • Exceptional writing skills with excellent academic credentials
  • Registered to practice before the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office

Compensation & Benefits

The expected salary range for this position is $100,000 - $185,000. The offered salary will be determined based on your individual qualifications and experience.
