What You Will Do 🔍

• Draft patent applications: Prepare detailed descriptions and figures for innovative clients.
• Communicate with patent offices: Correspond about pending patent applications.
• Support litigation teams: Provide expertise based on your technical and scientific knowledge.
• Interview inventors: Discuss new ideas and inventions to facilitate patent prosecution.

Who You Are 🎯

• Educational background: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Language skills: Strong English and Japanese proficiency.
• Experience: 2+ years in patent prosecution (preferred).
• Advanced degree: Optional but preferred.
• Professional registration: Registered before the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office.
• Skills: Superior writing skills and excellent academic credentials.

Compensation & Benefits 💼

The expected salary range for this role is $100,000 - $185,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
