Your Role & Responsibilities

• Ensure that the target text accurately reflects the meaning of the source material
• Perform linguistic tasks according to project instructions, including translation memory, glossaries, and style guides
• Maintain high grammatical accuracy while adhering to key terminology and detecting inconsistencies or cultural inaccuracies
• Handle formatting, tagging, punctuation, country-specific details, terminology, style, and fluency as per guidelines

Candidate Requirements

• Degree in Translation, Applied Linguistics, or equivalent experience
• Native Polish speaker with excellent command of English in comprehension and writing
• Previous experience in translation and proofreading within the technical domain is preferred
• Proficiency with IT and CAT tools, with a willingness to learn new technologies
• Strong linguistic and cultural knowledge of both source and target languages
• Adaptability to a fast-paced environment with changing project priorities
• Professionalism under pressure, with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
