What You Will Do 🔧

• Accurately interpret: Ensure the target text correctly reflects the source meaning.
• Linguistic tasks: Perform translation work guided by project instructions, translation memories, glossaries, and style guides.
• Maintain quality: Ensure high grammatical accuracy, preserve key terminology, and identify inconsistencies or cultural inaccuracies.
• Formatting & Style: Correct formatting, tagging, punctuation, terminology, style, and ensure fluency as per guidelines.

Requirements ✅

• Education: Degree in Translation, Applied Linguistics, or equivalent experience.
• Language Skills: Native Polish speaker with excellent command of English in both comprehension and writing.
• Experience: Preferably with translation and proofreading in the technical field.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CAT tools and IT skills; willingness to learn new tools.
• Cultural Skills: Strong linguistic and cultural understanding of both source and target languages.
• Work Style: Adaptability to a fast-paced environment, managing multiple project priorities, professionalism under pressure, and meeting tight deadlines.
• Skills: Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
