๐ Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical support, production engineering, or similar roles, preferably within a SaaS environment.
- A self-starter with strong problem-solving skills, capable of working independently with a "big picture" perspective.
- Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills across web applications, databases, and distributed systems.
- Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting.
- Experience with monitoring/logging tools such as Datadog or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira).
- Knowledge of incident management processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; Hebrew is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, make decisions, and think strategically in a fast-paced setting.

- Experience with AWS serverless architecture and CloudWatch.
- Knowledge of web technologies: HTML, JavaScript, and REST APIs.

- Serve as a key escalation point for complex technical issues, collaborating with engineering teams to ensure quick resolutions.
- Maintain and monitor production environments to ensure system reliability, availability, and optimal performance.
- Proactively monitor infrastructure and applications, using data analysis and custom tools to detect, investigate, and prevent issues before they affect users.
- Design and implement monitoring solutions and operational procedures to enhance system stability and support continuous improvement.
- Lead cross-functional incident response efforts, driving resolution, root cause analysis, and long-term mitigation strategies.
