📝 Job Summary
As a Project Manager, you will oversee multiple customer projects, working with both external clients and internal teams. Your role involves leading projects through all phases—from requirements gathering to solution design, development, and implementation—ensuring successful, on-time, and within-budget delivery.
🛠️ Essential Responsibilities & Duties
- Promote collaborative effort among project team members to meet customer expectations and success criteria
- Own entire project life cycle: from initiation to deployment, managing multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Develop and manage project plans, including scope, schedule, resources, budget, and risk management
- Create project status reports, change requests, and communication documents, liaising with stakeholders as needed
- Set and manage project expectations, delegating deliverables effectively
- Estimate project timelines and develop detailed plans for all project phases
- Procure resources and manage day-to-day activities to meet project goals
- Lead project team meetings, stakeholder communications, and maintain regular customer interactions
- Provide progress updates, including milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies to leadership
- Report on project metrics, success criteria, testing, and deployment activities
- Support solutions that align with customer goals and industry best practices
- Track, monitor, and resolve issues and conflicts to keep projects on schedule
- Prepare proposals, documentation, and presentations for diverse audiences
- Ensure projects adhere to scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards, managing escalations as needed
🎓 Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Spanish—servicing clients in Chile
- 2-5 years of project management experience; PMP certification is a plus
- Over 5 years of working with business stakeholders in a cross-functional environment
🧠 Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience with SDLC methodologies such as Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
- Ability to build credible relationships with business leaders and stakeholders
- Excellent leadership and communication skills (written, verbal, presentation)
- Self-motivated, decisive, adaptable to change and how to handle competing demands
- Proficiency with tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Proven success in delivering projects on time, within scope and budget
- Experience managing diverse project teams, including internal and external resources
- Positive attitude, highly motivated, and committed to organizational goals
