Role Overview: Technical Customer Support Specialist

We’re seeking a dedicated individual to assist our clients in maximizing ShareCRF’s potential while ensuring a smooth, enjoyable journey in managing clinical research data.

What Will You Do? 🎯

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Consultancy and Configuration: Collaborate with research teams to tailor ShareCRF to their study objectives and guide them on platform features.
  • Client Support: Serve as the primary contact for resolving questions and issues, ensuring seamless client experience.
  • Training Delivery: Conduct live courses, webinars, and other training sessions to empower clients in using ShareCRF effectively.
  • Content Creation and Review: Develop, review, and translate help articles, user guides, and training materials for enhanced usability.
  • Sales Collaboration: Support the sales team by evaluating new studies and providing input on platform suitability.
  • Problem Analysis: Identify and work with the Product Development team to resolve technical and user-reported issues.
  • Product Feedback: Gather and relay client suggestions for continuous platform improvements.

Learn ShareCRF’s platform intricacies, internal processes, and study configuration. Shadow experts and start supporting clients under their guidance.

Enhance your knowledge of ShareCRF’s features, begin working directly with clients, and develop personalized solutions for research projects.

Become a ShareCRF expert, manage complex configurations independently, lead training sessions, and ensure clients maximize the platform’s potential.

When Will You Work? ⏰

Enjoy flexible working hours with the requirement to be available between 10:00 and 16:00 for team communication. On Fridays, wrap up by 15:00, and during July/August, take advantage of an intensive morning shift—perfect for summer relaxation! 🌞

Where Will You Work? 🌍

This is a 100% remote opportunity. Whether in the mountains 🏔️ or on the beach 🏖️, as long as you have reliable internet, you're good to go. We also gather quarterly in exciting locations to strengthen our team bonds! ✈️

Fundamental Requirements ✅

  • Native English speaker
  • High proficiency in written and spoken Spanish
  • Strong logical and problem-solving skills
  • Comfort and interest in working with computers (programming not needed)

  • Higher education qualification
  • Ability to work independently remotely
  • Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently

  • Knowledge of spreadsheets or basic programming (macros)
  • Experience in clinical research, healthcare, or biotech
  • Experience creating training content (videos, user guides, webinars)
