Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to Italian-speaking clients regarding cloud computing products and services via phone, email, and chat 📞✉️💬
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to cloud platforms and services efficiently 🛠️
• Document client interactions and technical issues accurately within the support system 📝
• Assist clients in understanding cloud service functionalities and optimizing their usage ⚙️
• Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex problems 🤝
• Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and updates within cloud computing 🔍
• Participate in training sessions to continually enhance your technical and customer support skills 📚

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and verbal 🗣️✍️
• Basic understanding of cloud computing concepts and technologies (preferred) ☁️
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills 🧩
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities 💬🤝
• Customer-focused attitude with dedication to high-quality support ⭐
