Position Overview 📝
As a Teaching Assistant, you'll help implement in-person curricula led by Milton teachers, supporting student learning and classroom activities to create an engaging educational environment.
Key Responsibilities 🎯
- Implement classroom norms: Follow established guidelines set by the lead teacher.
- Assist with activities: Support small group work and activities designed by the lead teacher.
- Prepare materials: Aid in preparing classroom resources and materials.
- Facilitate projects: Lead small group project work to enhance student engagement.
- Supervise students: Oversee recess, lunch, and extracurricular activities both in and out of the classroom.
- Support understanding: Work with small groups to clarify concepts and deepen understanding.

Qualifications & Requirements 🎓
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Prior experience working with K-8 students in an educational setting (highly desirable)
- Confidence and experience with various technologies preferred
