Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Margate, FL, for a Teaching Assistant within our General Studies Department. 📍

The Teaching Assistant will collaborate with lead teachers to manage the classroom, assist in preparing lesson plans, and provide personalized support to students.

Daily responsibilities include:

• Supporting class activities and instructional procedures
• Guiding students in their academic and personal development
• Fostering a positive, engaging, and educational environment

Qualifications

• Experience in assisting with teaching and working with children
• Dependable and punctual
• Excellent communication and educational skills
• Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented setting
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Teaching or Child Development are a plus 📘
