Kendago, a global digital marketing leader, is on the lookout for a hands-on Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic HR team. This role centers on full-cycle recruitment for digital marketing and tech roles, with additional support on broader HR initiatives to enhance our employee experience.

About the Role 🚀

This is a practical, fast-paced role suited for someone passionate about recruitment, especially within vibrant environments like digital marketing, tech, or startups. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to identify needs, develop search strategies, source exceptional talent, and guide candidates smoothly through the hiring process.

While your primary focus will be recruitment, there will be opportunities to support the HR team with employee-related conversations and internal initiatives.

Requirements ✅

  • At least 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment
  • Proven success in hiring for digital marketing roles (media buyers, analysts, creatives, etc.)
  • Experience in a tech/startup/digital environment – advantage
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English – comfortable conducting interviews and collaborating with international teams
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
  • Strong skills in sourcing, assessment, and communication
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proactive, independent, and a true team player

Responsibilities 🎯

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from creating job descriptions to onboarding new hires
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and optimize job postings
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through networking and sourcing techniques
  • Use data and metrics to evaluate and enhance the recruitment process
  • Guarantee a positive candidate experience throughout all stages
  • Stay updated with industry trends and recruitment best practices
  • Conduct interviews in both Hebrew and English
  • Support employee relations conversations and contribute to internal wellbeing and engagement activities as part of the HR team
