About the Role 🎥

You will support the viewing experience on the client’s streaming platform by handling research, metadata, and film content expertise. Your work will influence the platform’s suggestion algorithm, enhance discoverability, ensure content accuracy, and optimize user experience — including ad-insertion. Additionally, you'll collaborate on Ratings Policy, reviewing and tagging content for cautionary elements or regional metadata, working closely with internal teams to manage workflows and independent responsibilities in production.

Key Responsibilities ✅

• Applying judgment and domain expertise to determine accurate results based on guidelines
• Marking in/out points for optimal content playback
• Handling both repetitive and complex tasks with precision
• Performing accurate data entry
• Reviewing and evaluating visual or written materials, applying tags, annotations, and descriptive metadata to enhance storytelling and viewing experience
• Collaborating within a cross-functional, international team
• Meeting data targets consistently
• Participating in required meetings

Minimum Requirements 🌟

• Fluent in French, Polish, or German
• Proficient in editorial and video tagging
• Attention to detail
• Familiarity with digital content management systems
• Strong interest in Movies and TV
• Research, critical thinking, and story analytics literacy
• Fluency in English with strong written skills; additional languages are a plus
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
• Ability to manage multiple tasks of varying complexity simultaneously
• BA/BS degree or background in the creative/entertainment industry

Preferred Qualifications 🎬

• Over 2 years of experience working with digital content and metadata
• Understanding of the digital content landscape and movie platforms
• Experience in applying editorial skills (audio/visual literacy) within online merchandising or digital entertainment
• Previous experience in tagging, research, or metadata is advantageous
