🔍 Job Description
In this role, you will enhance the viewing experience on our client’s streaming platform by undertaking a variety of tasks that require research, metadata curation, and expertise with film content. Some responsibilities will support the platform's suggestion algorithms, while others focus on improving discoverability, ensuring accuracy, and optimizing the overall viewer experience, including ad-insertion. You will also collaborate on Ratings Policy, reviewing and tagging content for cautionary elements or applying regional metadata based on research.
This position involves close collaboration with internal teams to streamline workflows and managing independent responsibilities within the production process.
🎯 Responsibilities
- Applying judgment, domain expertise & critical analysis to determine accurate results based on guidelines
- Marking in/out positions for optimal playback of content
- Handling both repetitive and complex tasks
- Ensuring accurate data entry
- Reviewing and evaluating written materials and visual content, applying tags, annotations, and markers to enhance storytelling and viewing experience
- Collaborating within cross-functional and international teams
- Consistently meeting data targets
- Attending required meetings
🎓 Minimum Requirements
- Fluent in French, Polish, or German
- Proficient in editorial and video tagging
- Detail-oriented with strong digital content management familiarity
- Strong interest in Movies and TV
- Research skills, critical thinking, and story analytics literacy
- Fluency or strong written skills in English; additional languages are a plus
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative working approach
- Ability to manage multiple tasks of varying complexity
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) and/or experience in the creative/entertainment industry
⭐ Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience working with digital content and metadata
- Understanding of the digital content landscape and movie platforms
- Experience in applying editorial skills such as online merchandising or digital content in entertainment
- Previous experience in tagging, research, and metadata management is a plus
