Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and multilingual professional to support our client's streaming platform by performing tasks related to research, metadata management, and content analysis. Your work will improve content discoverability, viewing experience, and compliance with regional policies, all while working collaboratively with an international team.
📝 Description
In this role, you'll contribute to the viewing experience by:
- Assisting with research and metadata annotation
- Supporting suggestion algorithms and discoverability features
- Reviewing and tagging content for cautionary elements
- Applying regional metadata according to policies
- Collaborating on Ratings Policy tasks
- Managing workflows independently while working closely with internal teams
💼 Responsibilities
- Use judgment, domain expertise, and critical analysis to determine accurate results based on guidelines
- Mark in/out points to ensure optimal playback experiences
- Handle both repetitive and complex tasks efficiently
- Perform precise data entry and content evaluation
- Apply tags, annotations, markers, or descriptive metadata to enhance storytelling and viewing quality
- Collaborate within cross-functional and international teams
- Consistently meet data targets and project deadlines
- Attend scheduled meetings and team updates
🎯 Minimum Requirements
- Fluent in French, Polish, or German (must-have)
- Proficient in editorial and video tagging
- Highly detail-oriented
- Familiar with digital content management systems
- Strong interest in movies and TV content
- Research, critical thinking, and story analytics skills
- Fluent in written English; additional languages are a plus
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks of varying complexity
- Bachelor’s degree or background in creative/entertainment industry
🌟 Preferred Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience working with digital content and metadata
- Knowledge of the digital content landscape and movie streaming platforms
- Experience in editorial work, online merchandising, or digital entertainment content
- Previous experience with tagging, research, or metadata management is a plus
