Due to our continued growth, we are seeking a Swiss Certified Public Accountant (Wirtschaftsprüfer) to join our Chicago office. The role involves working in our Zurich office for a year before relocating to Chicago, IL, with a focus on Swiss business development activities.
Our firm specializes in tailored accounting, auditing, tax, and consulting services for foreign-owned businesses in the United States, predominantly serving German-speaking and international companies for over 40 years. Our headquarters are in Atlanta, GA, with additional offices across the U.S.

- Headquarters: Atlanta, GA
- Other Offices: Birmingham, AL; Charlotte, NC; Detroit, MI; Greenville, SC; Denver, CO; Houston, TX; Manhattan, NY
The primary hiring team is based in Chicago, but qualified candidates from other U.S. offices will be considered.
🧑💼 Your Skills & Qualifications
- Successfully completed a degree in business management, economics, or a related field
- Passed the Swiss audit consultant exam (Wirtschaftsprüfer)
- 5-10+ years of practical audit experience
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally ✈️
- Open-minded with an interest in networking and seminar presentations
- Excellent English speaking and writing skills
- Fluent in German
- Team player capable of structuring, organizing, and leading teams
- Solid knowledge of SWISS GAAP (Obligationenrecht), IFRS, and US GAAP
- Client-oriented with strong communication skills
- Confident with factual reasoning and collaborative work ethic

💰 Compensation & Equal Opportunity
💵 Pay Range: $90,000 - $150,000/year (based on skills, experience, and location)
