Upwork has partnered with an enterprise client specializing in generative AI data. We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Swift Coding Expert - Korean-speaking to join their team. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee a dedicated team working on translation tasks and quality improvement initiatives, ensuring the highest standards in data annotations and project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Pod Management: Lead and manage a team of contributors with a focus on quality, fostering collaboration and results-driven workflows
• Daily Audits: Conduct daily assessments of data annotations to identify improvement areas and implement corrective measures
• Contributor Support: Collaborate with team members to resolve quality issues, providing guidance and support
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to quality standards, project guidelines, and industry best practices

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Swift Coding Expert / iOS Developer
• Strong project management skills with an emphasis on quality assurance
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with contributors and stakeholders
• Proven ability to analyze data annotation quality metrics and execute improvements
• Fluency in Korean and English is essential for team collaboration
• Previous translation experience is a plus
