• Prepare high-quality sushi (maki, nigiri, sashimi)
• Handle premium raw fish and ingredients with precision
• Maintain top hygiene and kitchen standards

• Contribute to menu development and new ideas

Requirements ✅

• Previous experience as a Sushi Chef / Sushi Cook
• Strong knowledge of sushi techniques and Japanese cuisine
• Ability to work with speed, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Team-oriented mindset and flexibility
