We are seeking a dedicated Senior Associate to handle procurement, shipping, and delivery operations supporting our Community, Commercial, and Industrial (CC&I) projects. 📝 Job Description

This role is at the Senior Associate level, responsible for purchasing materials, managing shipping and delivery, and supporting departments such as Sales, Product Management, and Finance. The position reports directly to the Senior Manager of Supply Chain Management, or another senior manager as designated by the President.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Review and negotiate: Bill of materials, vendor quotes, and contracts, up to medium complexity negotiations.
• Order placement: Place purchase orders and monitor their status to ensure project progress.
• Coordinate logistics: Schedule deliveries to warehouses and job sites aligned with installation timelines.
• Procurement & shipping: Maintain a strong understanding of procurement processes, negotiations, and shipping documentation.
• Shipment tracking & invoicing: Monitor shipment statuses and verify invoices to facilitate timely payments.
• Invoice management: Lead invoice processes and support finance to ensure prompt vendor payments.
• Data management: Update daily PO tracking spreadsheets on orders, deliveries, and invoices.
• Customer service: Foster efficient communication between vendors and internal teams with top-tier service.
• Process adherence: Follow existing supply chain procedures, applying industry and organizational best practices.
• Additional duties: Perform special projects, develop reports, and improve workflows to enhance operations.
• Vendor relations: Identify new vendors and cultivate strong relationships with existing partners.

🎯 Required Qualifications

• Education & Experience: Associate degree (AA) + experience OR bachelor’s degree + 3+ years in procurement, supply chain, or logistics.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in procurement and/or supply chain management.
• Languages: Bilingual in English and Korean.
• Technical Skills: Strong familiarity with SAP, especially supply chain modules.
• Travel: Possession of a valid passport.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills.
• Strategic Skills: Critical thinking and prioritization capabilities.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong facilitation and team collaboration talents.
• Tools Proficiency: Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
