Job Description

  • Negotiate prices and contracts with suppliers; evaluate supplier performance 🤝
  • Perform value analysis of alternative products and suppliers 🧪
  • Develop tools and reports to facilitate informed purchasing decisions 📊
  • Lead supply chain audits, inventory cycle counts, and reconcile reports; address process concerns with effective solutions ⚙️
  • Define and create standard operating procedures (SOPs) for planning, procurement, and logistics; train team members accordingly 📝
  • Analyze market trends; implement new processes to reduce costs, mitigate risks, and ensure a reliable, quality supply chain for lean manufacturing 🛠️
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop supply chain roadmaps aligned with company goals 🤝
  • Oversee hiring, training, coaching, and disciplinary actions for department staff and/or contractors 👥
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management preferred 🎓
  • Bilingual in Mandarin 🈶
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in supply chain management, process improvement, project management, and strategic planning within the food manufacturing industry 🚀
  • Strong understanding of accounting systems, financial analysis, budgeting, and inventory processes 💼
  • Excellent team player with exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills 🌟
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficient in MS Office, Google Applications, and ERP systems (SAP preferred) 💻
  • Ability to motivate, coach, train, and recognize employees effectively 🎯
  • Flexible schedule availability to meet operational needs ⏰

Additional Information

All your information will be kept confidential in accordance with EEO guidelines. The annual salary ranges from $90,000 to $100,000 plus a discretionary bonus. 💰
