Job Responsibilities 🎯
- Negotiate prices and contracts with suppliers, and evaluate supplier performance
- Perform value analysis of alternative products and suppliers
- Develop tools and reports for decision-making on product planning and procurement
- Lead supply chain audits, periodic and special inventory cycle counts; reconcile reports and resolve process concerns
- Define and create SOPs for planning, procurement, and logistics; train first-line team members
- Analyze market trends and implement processes to reduce costs and risks, ensuring a reliable, safe, and lean supply chain
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain strategies with company goals
- Oversee hiring, training, coaching, and disciplinary actions for department staff and contractors
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications ✅
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management preferred
- Bilingual in Mandarin
- Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain management, process improvement, project management, and strategic planning in the food manufacturing industry
- Knowledge of accounting systems, financial analysis, budgeting, and inventory processes
- Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; proficiency with MS Office, Google Applications, and ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Motivational leadership skills: ability to train, reward, and recognize employees
- Flexible schedule to meet operational needs
Additional Information 🚀
