Position Overview
This role involves managing warehouse operations, transportation, and logistics strategies to ensure:

Responsibilities 🚚📦
- Assist in the setup, operation, and monitoring of manufacturing equipment and machinery.
- Ensure smooth and efficient production processes that meet quality and productivity standards.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance of products and components.
- Follow industry standards such as ISO.
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and shipping.
- Design and implement efficient layout strategies for space utilization and workflow optimization.
- Maintain safety standards and compliance with OSHA and internal guidelines.
- Manage raw materials, components, SVC equipment, and finished product inventories.
- Ensure accurate inventory recording and report discrepancies.
- Manage 3C5S practices within the warehouse.
- Coordinate transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities for timely deliveries with minimized costs.
- Monitor logistics performance metrics (e.g., on-time delivery, fill rates), and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Oversee storage and delivery of service products and components.
- Manage IT assets related to warehouse and office facilities.
- Control asset labeling through asset stickers in the warehouse.
- Maintain records of production activities including machine logs, quality checks, and inventory status.
- Prepare and submit reports on production performance, issues, and resolutions.
- Document operational challenges or successes and communicate with supervisors.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations across shifts and departments.
- Prepare for kitting and picking activities for manufacturing needs.
- Support training and mentorship of new staff members.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to problem-solving initiatives.
- Assist the Plant Manager and Planning Manager during VIP, customer, and vendor visits.
- Work with Warehouse Associates to operate warehouse management systems effectively.
- Monitor supply chain KPIs such as order accuracy, PO cycle time, and on-time delivery.
- Generate weekly and monthly supply chain reports for leadership review.
- Drive process improvements through digital tools or ERP automation.
- Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives across the supply chain.
- Manage purchase order processes for raw materials, components, packaging, and services.
- Identify facilities related to production and plant operations for optimal resource allocation.
Requirements 🔍
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in supply chain or logistics management, with a focus on warehouse and transportation operations.
- Knowledge of import/export regulations and customs procedures (if applicable).
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment operation.
- Proficiency with supply chain software systems (e.g., ERP, WMS) and Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
- Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English is required.
