Position Overview
The Supply and Logistics Specialist plays a key role in facilitating, streamlining, and coordinating timely and accurate supply orders and deliveries across all clinics. This role involves analyzing inventory, forecasting needs, tracking shipments, and overseeing the maintenance and replacement of medical equipment.
Key Responsibilities
Supply Chain Management 🏥
- Obtain and analyze non-negotiable medical supply counts for each clinic to audit inventory health and forecast needs.
- Oversee monthly pre- and post-operative accessory and garment cycle counts across 13 clinic locations.
- Partner with clinic leaders and senior management to execute procurement processes for supplies.
- Monitor external factors (economic, environmental) impacting vendors and strategize responses to shortages or delays.
- Collaborate with vendors to identify supply solutions and analyze data for vendor selection or discontinuation, presenting findings to leadership.
- Analyze supply chain performance, offering recommendations for process improvements and cost savings.
- Conduct quarterly inventory audits and cycle counts at warehouses, adjusting order quantities accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and documentation standards.
Equipment Oversight 🛠️
- Facilitate repair or replacement of MicroAire equipment, documenting all actions.
- Perform ongoing audits of equipment counts and functionality.
- Assist in scheduling and overseeing routine maintenance to guarantee operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with vendors and technicians to resolve equipment issues promptly.

- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Technologically proficient, especially with Microsoft Excel (advanced functions such as pivot tables and conditional formatting)
Education & Experience 🎓
- GED or High School Diploma
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- HIPAA & OSHA Compliance Certification (preferred)
- Experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics management
Physical Requirements 💪
- Prolonged standing, bending, and reaching (low or overhead)
- Lifting, pushing, and pulling over 25 lbs
Travel Expectations ✈️
Approximately 30% travel to clinic sites and headquarters is required.
