Job Description

Job Summary

  • Provide exceptional customer support to meet the needs of Molina members and providers. 🤝
  • Resolve issues fairly and effectively, demonstrating Molina's core values in every interaction.
  • Distribute product and service information and identify opportunities to enhance member and provider experiences.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

  • Supervise a team of employees: train, coach, monitor, and manage performance to meet or exceed expectations. 👥
  • Manage escalations: ensure accountability, prompt communication, and follow-through to resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory standards.
  • Handle complex inquiries related to enrollment, claims, benefits, referrals, and authorizations for medical care. 🏥
  • Deliver exemplary customer service to members, co-workers, vendors, providers, government agencies, and the public.
  • Achieve individual call center goals and performance metrics. 🎯
  • Lead by example: demonstrate personal responsibility and accountability.
  • Support projects and special initiatives as needed.

Job Qualifications

Required Education

Associate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Required Experience

  • 3-5 years’ experience in a call center environment. 📞
  • 1-2 years supervisory experience.

Preferred Education

Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Experience

5-7 years in a relevant role.

Salary Range 💰

$41,264 - $80,464.96 per year
