Job Description
Job Summary 🤝
- Customer Support & Service: Provide excellent support to meet the needs of Molina members and providers.
- Issue Resolution: Address concerns fairly and effectively, exemplifying Molina values.
- Continuous Improvement: Share product and service information and identify opportunities to enhance member and provider experiences.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities 🧠
- Team Leadership: Supervise a team, including training, coaching, monitoring, and managing performance to meet or exceed objectives.
- Escalation Management: Handle escalations swiftly with appropriate accountability, effective communication, and prompt follow-up.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to contractual and regulatory standards.
- Complex Issue Handling: Address complex inquiries related to enrollment, claims, benefits, referrals, and authorizations for medical care.
- Customer Service Excellence: Serve members, co-workers, vendors, providers, government agencies, and the public with professionalism.
- Performance Goals: Achieve individual call center performance targets.
- Leadership & Responsibility: Demonstrate accountability and lead by example through personal performance.
- Project Support: Contribute to projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications 📋
Required Education 🎓
Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Required Experience 🕒
- 3-5 years in a call center environment
- 1-2 years supervisory experience
Preferred Education 🎓
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred Experience ⏱️
5-7 years within related roles.

Compensation & Benefits 💼
Molina Healthcare offers a competitive benefits and compensation package. The pay range is $77,969 - $96,558 annually. Actual salary may vary based on geographic location, experience, education, and skills.
