About the Position

This role involves assisting prospects, students, alumni, and customers, ensuring they receive outstanding service and support throughout their journey with us.

Key Responsibilities 📝

• Answer and direct phone calls.
• Respond to daily inquiries from prospective clients, students, alumni, and general customers.
• Meet with students to handle documentation, provide information, and distribute student kits.
• Assist with student check-ins on their first day of in-person classes.
• Book, check-in, and check-out appointments for spa services.
• Support customers with skincare product purchases and process transactions via POS system.
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience 🌟

• Previous office experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with students and the public.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, G Suite, and general clerical procedures.
• Proficient in customer service.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (conversational).
