Join a dynamic team helping restaurants succeed in the digital age! We are seeking a bilingual Japanese and English Strategic Cuisines Account Executive to drive growth and develop trusted relationships within the Japanese cuisine restaurant sector, based out of a personal home office in Hawaii.

Key Responsibilities 🎯
- Follow up on marketing qualified leads within your supported market
- Conduct discovery calls and product demos in your customer's preferred language (Japanese or English)
- Create and review quotes and contracts in the customer's language
- Coordinate with our onboarding team to ensure post-sale success
- Analyze the competitive landscape to effectively position Toast's offerings
- Utilize Japanese language skills to communicate with Japanese-speaking clients and prospects
- Engage with internal teams mainly in English during the application and interview process
- Note: Toast does not sponsor work visas for this role
What You'll Need to Succeed ✅
- Fluent in both oral and written English and Japanese
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, restaurant operations, or a related field
- Mandarin language skills are a plus
- Reliable transportation (mileage reimbursed) as this is a field position
- Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial team environment
- Self-motivated, creative, adaptable, and tech-savvy

The estimated Total Targeted Cash Compensation for this role ranges from $115,000 to $185,000 USD, including base salary, commissions, and bonuses (uncapped commissions). Salary will be determined based on experience, skills, and location.
