Role Overview ✨

The Store Supervisor oversees daily team operations, ensuring compliance, operational efficiency, and risk mitigation. This role promotes meeting sales, operational, and customer service goals. In the absence of a manager, the supervisor manages the store, teller operations, platform activities, and customer escalations. The role also focuses on building customer relationships through personalized advice and sales activities.

Depth & Scope 🔍

  • Team Leadership: Supervise advice and service colleagues, guiding them to achieve store objectives and deliver legendary customer experiences.
  • Operational Oversight: Manage workflows, delegate tasks, and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Risk Management: Educate team on risk, oversee cash handling, vault management, fraud prevention, and expense control.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage in loan product conversations, maintain active NMLS registration, and support customer financial needs.
  • Team Development: Coach and develop team members to provide effective customer service, product knowledge, and advice.
  • Product Knowledge & Advocacy: Utilize customer relationship tools and promote products/services to support customer financial well-being.
  • Sales & Relationship Building: Grow the customer base through proactive sales activities, lead management, and outreach efforts.

Education & Experience 🎓

  • High school diploma or GED required; undergraduate degree preferred.
  • At least 2 years of customer or sales experience, or equivalent.
  • Notary License (preferred).
  • Previous supervisory experience or demonstrated leadership in customer service.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Lotus Notes, Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to lead, supervise, and provide community services.
