Pay Range: $25.50 - $36.00 USD per hour 💰

Job Description
This role oversees daily team operations to ensure excellence in service and adherence to policies to mitigate risks and safeguard the Bank and Customers. The Supervisor will:
- Drive and reinforce operational, customer, and sales goals
- Manage store operations, including teller activities, platform, and escalations when managers are unavailable
- Support team efforts in acquiring, retaining, and expanding customer relationships by promoting sales and advice activities
Depth & Scope
- Team Leadership: Supervise advice and service colleagues, guiding them to achieve individual and store objectives, delivering exceptional customer and colleague experiences.
- Operational Oversight: Manage workflows for tellers and platform, prioritize tasks, delegate duties, and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Risk Management & Compliance: Understand and enforce bank policies, procedures, and regulations, educating team members on their roles in risk mitigation.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee cash handling, vault management, fraud prevention, expense control, and promote integrity, privacy, and safety.
- Customer Engagement: Engage customers regarding loan products, facilitate applications, and maintain an active NMLS registration.
- Team Development: Coach and develop staff in delivering effective service, product knowledge, and advice strategies to enhance the customer experience.
- Customer Relationship Tools: Use and promote banking tools, services, and campaigns to support customer needs and financial literacy.
- Sales & Outreach: Proactively attract new customers and deepen relationships through lead management, outbound calls, appointments, and referrals.
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or GED required; undergraduate degree preferred 🎓
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in customer service or sales
- Notary License (preferred)
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience with customer service oversight
- Proven track record of exceeding customer expectations
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Effective verbal and written communication skills 🗣️✉️
- Sound judgment in decision-making and problem-solving
- Proficiency with Outlook, Lotus Notes, Word, Excel
- Leadership skills and ability to supervise others
