Position Summary
This supervisory role oversees daily team activities to ensure operational excellence and compliance, while supporting customer acquisition, retention, and relationship deepening through personalized advice and service. In the absence of other managers, you will manage the store operations, including teller, platform, and customer escalation handling. Your leadership will reinforce our commitment to delivering legendary customer experiences. 🌟
Depth & Scope of Responsibilities
- Supervise advice and service colleagues to achieve store objectives and deliver legendary customer experiences.
- Provide daily leadership and work direction, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
- Monitor workflows, prioritize tasks, and delegate responsibilities efficiently.
- Manage store operations including cash handling, vault management, fraud prevention, and expense control.
- Engage in customer conversations about loan products, maintaining active NMLS registration.
- Lead, develop, and coach the team on delivering effective customer service and product advice.
- Support sales strategies, promote products, and educate customers to meet their financial needs.
- Utilize customer relationship tools to deepen customer relationships and support sales activities.
- Acquire and grow the customer base through proactive outreach and lead management activities.
Education & Experience Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required; undergraduate degree preferred.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in customer service or sales roles, or equivalent.
- Notary License (preferred).
- Previous supervisory experience with demonstrated leadership skills.
- Strong organizational, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Proficient with Outlook, Lotus Notes, Word, and Excel.
Customer Accountabilities
- Provide end-to-end advice, building trust through educational content and consultative support. 🤝
- Lead by example in delivering exceptional service during all customer interactions.
- Handle customer transactions efficiently, utilizing CRM tools for needs-based conversations.
- Own and resolve customer concerns, ensuring a legendary experience.
- Support store and team objectives for customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Shareholder & Operational Accountabilities
- Maintain operational systems, including vault management, cash controls, and fraud prevention.
- Ensure compliance with policies and regulations; support process improvements.
- Oversee daily administrative duties and financial transactions with sound judgment.
- Monitor store security, controls, and cash levels to prevent loss and fraud.
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, support, and develop a high-performing team through coaching and performance management.
- Create a positive, inclusive environment that promotes diverse perspectives and professional growth.
- Manage scheduling to meet customer demand while ensuring compliance and operational needs.
Regulatory & Physical Requirements
- Eligible for employment under Regulation Z and SAFE Act requirements.
- Operational in a physical capacity that includes frequent standing, walking, and occasional lifting.
- Performs sedentary and multitasking activities regularly.
- Occasional travel, primarily domestic, with continuous office-based work.
