Job Description 📝
This supervisory role oversees daily team activities to ensure operational excellence, compliance, and risk mitigation. You will drive, reinforce, and demonstrate achievement of operational, customer, and sales objectives. In managers' absence, you'll manage store operations, including tellers, platform, and customer escalations. You'll also focus on acquiring, retaining, and deepening customer relationships through personalized service and advice.
Depth & Scope 📊
- Supervise advice and service colleagues to deliver legendary customer experiences
- Provide daily leadership, ensuring efficient service delivery and regulatory compliance
- Monitor workflows, prioritize tasks, and delegate responsibilities effectively
- Maintain understanding of operational policies, risk management, and fraud prevention
- Engage customers on loan products, maintaining NMLS registration
- Lead, develop, and coach team in delivering exceptional service and financial advice
- Utilize customer relationship tools to support sales and deepen relationships
- Support financial literacy and comprehensive product knowledge for team and customers
- Drive proactive sales activities including lead management and customer outreach
Education & Experience 🎓
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2+ years related customer service or sales experience
- Notary License (preferred)
- Previous supervisory experience and proficiency in customer service oversight
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Outlook, Lotus Notes, Word, Excel

- Lead the store's customer experience initiatives and advice plans

- Oversee vault management, cash handling, fraud prevention, and expense control
- Ensure operational compliance and high standards of security and accuracy
- Manage daily administrative duties and escalate high-risk issues
- Support process improvements and uphold Bank's Code of Conduct
