This role supervises daily team activities to ensure operational excellence, compliance, and risk mitigation, all while fostering a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Oversight: Supervise day-to-day team activities to uphold policies, procedures, and mitigate risks for the safety of the Bank and Customers.
- Performance Management: Drive, reinforce, and demonstrate achievement of operational, customer, and sales objectives.
- Store Management: In the absence of other managers, effectively manage the Store and oversee teller operations, platform, and customer escalations.
- Customer Relationships: Support team efforts to acquire, retain, and deepen customer relationships through personalized sales and advice activities, creating connected and memorable experiences.
Depth & Scope
- Leadership: Provide supervisory oversight to advice and service colleagues to help achieve individual and Store goals, resulting in legendary customer and colleague experiences.
- Team Direction: Offer daily leadership and work guidance to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of personalized and complex service solutions.
Qualifications & Skills
- Store Supervisor experience or similar leadership role in banking or retail environments
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Bilingual abilities are a plus – English required; additional languages are beneficial
- Leadership mindset with a focus on operational excellence and team development
