Join Our Team - Warehouse Operations Specialist 🏢🚚

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented warehouse operations professional to manage daily site activities, support team functions, and ensure smooth logistics workflows. Flexible working hours with overtime pay included!

🕒 Working Hours

Regular hours: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
(Overtime pay will be provided in accordance with applicable labor regulations.)

🔧 Job Responsibilities

• Daily site operations: Receiving, dispatching, counting, checking, sorting, and packing goods to ensure data accuracy.
• Site maintenance: Keeping the workspace tidy, maintaining inventory, and managing equipment and supplies.
• Documentation support: Assisting supervisors with data entry, information registration, ledger filing, and data statistics.
• Customer service: Handling inquiries, registering abnormal parcels, following up on problematic items, and addressing simple customer complaints.
• On-site assistance: Supporting loading, unloading, delivery handovers, and shift changes.
• Safety compliance: Strictly following safety standards and operational procedures; reporting abnormalities promptly.
• Other tasks: Completing additional operation-related duties assigned by supervisors.

🎯 Job Requirements

• Meticulous, responsible, with strong execution and service awareness.
• Basic skills in data entry and document organization; proficient in office software.
• Excellent communication skills; steady, reliable, and team-oriented.
• Proficient in English, capable of reading/writing documents and system information.
• Able to adapt to site work rhythm, follow schedules, and work diligently.
• Experience in logistics, warehousing, or site-related work is preferred.
