🎯 Job Summary
The Program Management Intern assists the Startup Accelerating Team with daily project operations, event planning & execution, and communication initiatives. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, innovation, and project management.

📝 Job Responsibilities
- Support the team with event planning and coordination, including liaising with vendors and speakers
- Assist in running the acceleration program
- Gather content for events and ensure smooth execution
- Handle daily administrative tasks such as report generation and maintaining databases
- Contribute to overall program management tracking
📝 Additional Comments
- Due to time zone differences between Korea and Washington, D.C., interns should be flexible with their availability to fulfill assigned tasks 🌍
- Fluency in both Korean and English is required ✅
🎓 Basic Qualifications
- Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English
- Current undergraduate student or holder of a bachelor’s degree
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Strong interest in startups, entrepreneurship, or innovation (a plus)
- Proficient with computer tools such as G-suite, Zoom, Canva, etc.
💰 Compensation
This position requires a minimum of 20 hours per week. Hourly pay ranges from $20 to $25, depending on qualifications. Working hours are flexible and can be discussed. Additional hours may be arranged upon request from KIC DC.
