This full-time, remote role is essential in delivering reliable internet service to underserved and remote communities across the U.S., supporting residential installations, and ensuring seamless coordination between technicians, customers, and internal teams.

Position Details

  • Title: Starlink Dispatch Specialist
  • Type: Full-time, Remote (U.S. Residents only) 🌎
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10:30 am - 7 pm CST

Responsibilities 🛠️

  • Complete real-time updates and maintain records in the work order management system
  • Support daily operations and help achieve monthly goals
  • Handle inbound dispatch calls via Five9
  • Resolve issues through critical thinking and escalate when necessary
  • Create, assign, and review work orders for technicians
  • Maintain accurate records in SARA Plus, Web Tracker, Salesforce, and Zendesk
  • Assist technicians during installations and approve custom fees
  • Coordinate work order close-out procedures
  • Manage inventory requests from technician offices
  • Provide status updates to internal teams and communicate effectively with customers to coordinate payments

  • Highly organized with keen attention to detail
  • Independent with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Professional correspondence experience
  • Comfortable engaging with internal and external stakeholders
  • Decision-making under pressure
  • Familiarity with U.S. regions and route planning using Google Maps
  • Minimum 1 year in satellite or telecom industry; dispatching or routing experience preferred
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus
  • Ability to sit for extended periods, wear a headset, and operate multiple software systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Experience with SARA Plus, Web Tracker, Salesforce, Zendesk, and Five9 preferred (training provided)
