Key Responsibilities 📝

• Support growth of client census through intake coordination and referral follow-up
• Manage day-to-day coordination and office operations
• Serve as liaison between clients, caregivers, and internal staff
• Schedule caregivers and manage daily coverage
• Ensure EVV compliance using HHA Exchange
• Maintain accurate patient and caregiver records
• Obtain and track authorizations from MLTCs and insurance carriers
• Handle client and caregiver concerns professionally and empathetically
• Participate in on-call coverage as needed

Requirements 🎯

• Minimum 2 years of home care coordination or staffing experience (Required)
• Bilingual in Spanish (Required)
• Strong working knowledge of HHA Exchange
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Energetic, reliable, and team-oriented

Compensation & Benefits 💼

• Hourly wage: $23.00 - $25.00, commensurate with experience
