🚨 Weekly Pay: $23.00 - $25.00/hour
🕒 Office Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm or 9:00am-5:30pm

Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
- Scheduling & Assignments: Coordinate and assign Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Personal Care Aides (PCAs) to patient cases.
- Data Management: Document notes and updates in HHA Exchange, verify staff attendance, and maintain accurate schedules.
- Supervision & Support: Provide supervision and direction to HHA/PCA staff, complete administrative tasks, and document relevant information.
- Payroll & Administration: Submit timesheets accurately in HHA Exchange for payroll processing and assist in scheduling in-service training for HHAs/PCAs.
- Customer Service: Conduct daily calls to patients to ensure excellent service and report incidents promptly to supervisors.
- Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as needed to support the team and organization.
Qualifications
What You'll Bring:
- Excellent organizational skills: ability to multitask and manage responsibilities effectively.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, primarily over the phone.
- Mature demeanor suitable for directing and supporting team members.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Familiarity with HHA Exchange software, strong time management skills, ability to prioritize, and maintain professionalism under pressure.
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least 2 years of previous relevant experience.
- Preferred: Minimum 1 year of experience as a home care coordinator and bilingual in Spanish or Creole.
- Experience working with the elderly and/or disabled individuals, or demonstrating a compassionate attitude towards them.
