Responsibilities 🎯
- Lead national cargo operations — focusing on Control Tower activities for comprehensive visibility and smooth execution
- Develop strategic initiatives — tackling operational challenges and streamlining processes across all branches
- Manage irregularities and delivery exceptions — conducting root cause analysis and process improvements to prevent recurrence
- Support claims process — assist in negotiations to ensure fair and timely resolutions
- Build strong relationships — collaborate with shipping lines, motor carriers, and 3PL providers to ensure service quality
- Generate reports and participate in projects — driving workflow automation and operational excellence
- Analyze KPIs and performance metrics — providing insights for continuous improvements in delivery and logistics efficiency
- Lead division projects — focusing on workflow optimization and cross-functional coordination
Qualifications ✅
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in logistics operations, freight forwarding, 3PL coordination, or cross-border fulfillment
- Deep understanding of transportation, shipping lines, and port operations in the U.S., including regulatory practices
- Proven claims management experience — supporting negotiations for fair and timely resolutions
- Ability to analyze operational KPIs and implement process improvements
- Experience managing relationships with shipping lines, motor carriers, and 3PL providers
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
- Fluency in Korean and English is mandatory
Compensation 💰
The base salary range for this role is between $70,000 - $90,000, depending on experience, qualifications, and skills.
