🎯 What You'll Do
- Utilize client systems to investigate customer inquiries related to auto parts
- Maintain a working knowledge of car mechanics
- Provide verification and recommendations for auto parts requirements
- Adapt responses to meet each customer's unique needs for success
- Document case notes accurately in company databases
- Research relevant materials to stay current with programs
- Deliver expert customer experiences—all with a friendly smile 😊
🎓 Your Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- Fluent in spoken and written Spanish
- Automotive Parts training or certifications are a plus
- 1–2 years of Automotive Parts Counter experience
- Proficient in PC skills, including Word & Excel
- Strong skills in communication, empathy, and problem-solving
