🎯 What You Will Do in This Role
- Utilize client systems to investigate customer part inquiries
- Develop working knowledge of car mechanics
- Provide verification and recommendations for auto parts requirements
- Adapt communication strategies to meet customer needs for success
- Maintain detailed database case notes on all interactions
- Research relevant materials to stay current with program knowledge
- Deliver expert customer experiences with a friendly smile 😊
📝 Your Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- Fluent in Spanish (verbal and written)
- Automotive Parts training or certifications (a plus)
- 1-2 years of Automotive Parts Counter experience
- Proficiency with PC skills, including Word & Excel
