🎯 What You Will Do in This Role

  • Utilize client systems to investigate customer part inquiries
  • Develop working knowledge of car mechanics
  • Provide verification and recommendations for auto parts requirements
  • Adapt communication strategies to meet customer needs for success
  • Maintain detailed database case notes on all interactions
  • Research relevant materials to stay current with program knowledge
  • Deliver expert customer experiences with a friendly smile 😊

📝 Your Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Fluent in Spanish (verbal and written)
  • Automotive Parts training or certifications (a plus)
  • 1-2 years of Automotive Parts Counter experience
  • Proficiency with PC skills, including Word & Excel
