  • Start Date: Summer 2025

Compensation & Benefits 💰

Enjoy a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $76,000, with growth potential based on experience and performance. Additional benefits include:

The Role & Responsibilities 🎯

As a Specials Teacher, you will:

  • Build a classroom culture where students love specials (Art, Music, Dance, STEM)
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop exceptional specials programs and integrate Israeli studies, with support provided if needed
  • Create engaging, relevant lessons and elevate student performances
  • Ensure students meet grade-level standards and maintain a positive, productive environment
  • Bring enthusiasm and energy to working with students and staff
  • Contribute to the broader school community beyond your instructional role
  • Embrace professional development, feedback, and continuous improvement
  • Maintain a solutions-oriented, flexible mindset when facing challenges

Who You Are 🌟

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (Master’s preferred)
  • Experience in K-12 lead teaching – urban/public charter schools a plus
  • Current PA teacher certification or working towards it
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Legally authorized to work in the USA
