About the Role

Are you bilingual in Spanish and English? Already working in sales and eager to transition into recruitment? This position is perfect for sales or business development professionals seeking a supportive environment with a focus on LATAM’s technology sector. You’ll build your own desk, nurture client and candidate relationships, and grow your business — with comprehensive training and ongoing support from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a full 360 recruitment desk (clients + candidates) with structured training
• Develop relationships across the LATAM technology market
• Win new business through proactive outreach and networking
• Sourcing, interviewing, and qualifying candidates for both contract and permanent roles
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
• Specialize in Data, SAP, or CRM recruitment

What We're Looking For

• Fluent in Spanish and English (essential)
• Sales-driven, competitive, and motivated by earnings
• Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
• Resilient, proactive, and target-oriented
• Background in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles is a strong plus
