• Manage customer complaints professionally and efficiently to ensure swift resolutions and increased satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within our CRM system to uphold high service standards.
• Collaborate internally to incorporate customer feedback into product development and service enhancements.
• Stay updated on product features and updates to provide well-informed support to clients.

Qualifications & Skills ✅

• Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken). Proficiency in English is a plus.
