What You Need

• Fluency in both verbal and written Spanish and English
• At least 1 year of customer service or phone-based support experience
• Reliable, distraction-free home office environment
• Excellent technical skills and the ability to handle multiple applications
• Required equipment: Windows 11 PC, wired internet connection, dual monitors, USB headset
• Note: Macs, Chromebooks, tablets, and Wi-Fi-only setups are not supported.

Compensation

• Independent Contractors invoice for services completed
• Rates vary depending on the program and include performance-based earning opportunities
