- Initiate outbound calls to customers and service providers

Minimum Qualifications

Compensation
Starting at a base pay of $17.00/hour. Pay increases with experience, additional duties, and performance reviews. Actual wages may vary depending on local laws.

Scheduling & Availability
- Customer support is available 24/7/365
- Schedules depend on business needs, including weekend shifts
- Shifts typically between 10:00 AM and 12:00 AM Arizona time
- Availability for working holidays is required
Note: Flexibility for students and educators is valued, but schedule preferences aligning with business needs may lead to more hours.
Training & Development
- Initial training via U-Haul University and eLearning modules
- Hands-on support and customer interaction starting within the first week
- Ongoing skill development guided by your manager
- Fast-paced training designed to prepare you for day-one customer support

Computer Equipment
- Operating System: Windows 11
- RAM: 16GB minimum (32GB preferred)
- Processor: CPU benchmark score of at least 6,000 (10,000 preferred)
- Storage: SSD with at least 5GB free space
- Webcam (built-in or external)
- Wired USB headset
Internet Speed
- Ping: under 100 ms
- Download Speed: at least 50MB (100MB preferred)
- Upload Speed: at least 5MB (10MB preferred)
Physical Demands
Role involves light physical activity, including sitting for long periods, focusing on screens, and handling phone calls with a wired headset.
