  • Employment Type: Full-Time / Seasonal
  • Compensation:
    • $15.00/hr. plus performance incentives
    • $17.00/hr. Spanish Bilingual, plus performance incentives

Requirements ✅

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Complete background check and drug test within 3 days
  • Dedicated, private, and secure workspace
  • Personal device with functioning camera for training
  • Full attendance commitment during the 3-week paid training period
  • Minimum internet speed of 35 Mbps via Ethernet connection
  • Cable/Fiber broadband required; NOT compatible with mobile or satellite internet or Wi-Fi extenders (e.g., T-Mobile)

Essential Responsibilities 🎯

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls
  • Delivering outstanding customer service consistently
  • Managing customer accounts and providing technical support
  • Data entry for applications
  • Assisting with online chat inquiries as assigned
  • Following defined procedures and policies
  • Applying creative problem-solving skills
  • Adapting to changing projects and updates
  • Managing time and tasks efficiently via multitasking and prioritization
  • Participating in extensive self-study, training, and testing — passing exams is required to proceed
  • Adhering to communication guidelines across all channels

  • Experience with health insurance, the ACA, or group/individual plans
  • Call center experience
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Bilingual in Spanish (a plus)
