Position Details

  • Role: Full-time / Seasonal
  • Pay: $16.00/hr + performance incentives
  • Location: Remote (Work from home)

What We're Looking For

We seek reliable, self-driven individuals committed to delivering outstanding customer experiences in a supportive environment.

Requirements โœ…

  • Be 18 years of age or older
  • Complete background check and drug test within 3 days
  • Dedicated, private, and secure workspace
  • Personal device with a functioning camera required during training
  • Full attendance for a paid 3-week training period
  • Minimum internet speed of 35 Mbps via Ethernet
  • Cable/Fiber broadband internet with a hard-wired Ethernet connection โ€” mobile internet or Wi-Fi extenders are NOT compatible

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism
  • Consistently deliver excellent customer service
  • Manage customer accounts and provide technical support
  • Accurately perform application data entry
  • Respond to online chat inquiries as assigned
  • Follow defined procedures and policies
  • Apply creative problem-solving skills
  • Adapt to changing projects and updates
  • Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Complete extensive self-study, training, and testing โ€” passing exams is required to proceed through training and certification
  • Follow communication guidelines across all channels

Preferred but Not Required Experience

  • Previous customer support or technical support roles
  • Experience with Group or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act
  • Call center experience
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Spanish bilingual skills (a plus)
