About The Role 👩‍💼👨‍💼

As a Bilingual Insurance Service Agent at Roamly, you will serve as a key frontline ambassador for our adventurous community. Working hybrid from our Fort Lauderdale, FL office, you will educate customers on RV insurance and assist with policy management. We're seeking a proactive "change agent" who thrives in a growing environment and values delivering outstanding customer experiences. Your role will influence product decisions and contribute to our ongoing growth.

Key Responsibilities 🗝️

• Effectively multitask by managing customer calls and emails in both English and Spanish regarding billing, online payments, renewals, and cancellations
• Process policy change requests and document updates
• Review policy coverages and issue certificates of insurance, evidence of insurance, or binders
• Retain customers by overcoming objections and offering solutions to cancellation concerns
• Upsell additional products like roadside assistance, tire & wheel protection, and pet insurance
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and generate new leads for the sales team

Requirements ✅

What We're Looking For

• Experience & Licensing: Minimum 1 year in property and casualty insurance (Broker, Captive, or Carrier). Property & Casualty License is mandatory
• Bilingual Mastery: Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)
• Excitement for Change: Enthusiastic about evolving environments and brand growth
• Multitasking Excellence: Skilled at managing multiple priorities efficiently
• Customer-Focused: Detail-oriented with patience, empathy, and professionalism
• Technical Skills: Proficient with G-Suite and Microsoft Office
