📝 Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Onboarding

  Recruit, interview, and facilitate hiring for all open positions. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand department needs, coordinate pre-employment drug tests and background checks, develop onboarding programs, and deliver engaging new-hire orientations.

• Education & Training

  Ensure completion and documentation of mandatory training, including safety, code of conduct, anti-harassment, and certifications. Stay updated on HR trends, legal changes, and technological advancements.

• Benefits Administration

  Assist employees with benefits programs and leave requests. Support the HR team during the annual Open Enrollment period and ensure compliance with all employment laws at federal, state, and local levels.

• Employee Relations

  Manage disciplinary discussions, terminations, and investigations with professionalism and confidentiality. Provide guidance to leadership on sensitive issues and escalate complex matters appropriately.

• Willingness to travel up to 25%
• Minimum of three years of HR experience
• Strong multitasking abilities and calmness under pressure
• Excellent conflict resolution skills
• Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
