Daily Responsibilities 🗓️

• Communicate with field personnel via phone, email, IM chat, and SMS.
• Make outbound calls and answer incoming inquiries from customers.
• Manage dashboards, reports, and files as needed.
• Handle multiple customer records simultaneously.

Minimum Qualifications ✅

• Fluency in both Spanish and English.
• Basic computer and keyboarding skills.
• Ability to navigate multiple programs concurrently.

• General knowledge of U.S. geography.
• Willingness to incorporate feedback for continuous improvement.

Training & Education 📚

• Hands-on, fast-paced training with your manager from day one.
• Flexible training schedule; some sessions may fall outside your availability.
• Self-paced learning through U-Haul University.
• Begin performing tasks with customers within the first week.
• Ongoing education to build skills and take on additional responsibilities.

Scheduling Details ⏰

• Shifts usually between 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Arizona time, prioritizing Thursday to Sunday.
• Availability to work at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) for 8.5 hours.
• Support for customers during holidays; flexibility may be required outside your scheduled hours.

Part-Time & Full-Time Expectations

• Part-Time: Minimum 32 hours/week, including weekends.
• Full-Time: 40 hours/week, including weekends.
• Availability aligned with business needs may increase scheduled hours. Flexibility is appreciated, especially for students and teachers.

Work From Home Requirements 🏡

• A quiet, private workspace is essential.
• Dependents and childcare arrangements must be set up as if working in-person.
• All duties, including training, must be performed from your home address.
• Computer substitutions require managerial approval.
